Labor Certification

We represent companies and individual employers to navigate through the complicated process of labor certification.  We perform pre-filing recruitment for the applicants such as obtainment of prevailing wage with the Department of Labor, advertising job vacancy and assisting employers in screening their applicants.  We also respond to the Department of Labor’s audit and requests for evidence.
