Many of our existing clients retain our services to protect their rights under a contract.  We both litigate to prosecute a claim and defend clients from lawsuit.  Our specialization in Immigration Law provides us with the distinct advantage to either prosecute or defend claims arising from contractual obligations between employers and their immigrant and non-immigrant employees.  We represent clients before all New York State Courts and the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York.  We also represent clienteles before the Department of Labor in New York.
