We represent companies and individual employers to navigate through the complicated process of labor certification. We perform pre-filing recruitment for the applicants such as obtainment of prevailing wage with the Department of Labor, advertising job vacancy and assisting employers in screening their applicants. We also respond to the Department of Labor’s audit and requests for evidence.
Many of our existing clients retain our services to protect their rights under a contract. We both litigate to prosecute a claim and defend clients from lawsuit. Our specialization in Immigration Law provides us with the distinct advantage to either prosecute or defend claims arising from contractual obligations between employers and their immigrant and non-immigrant employees. We represent clients before all New York State Courts and the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York. We also represent clienteles before the Department of Labor in New York.
In many instances, our clients require multiple legal services. We handle Personal Injury cases, Divorce and Family Law, Bankruptcy and several other legal matters. We are candid and truthful that those cases we deemed not appropriate for our representation at the time will be respectfully declined but we assist clients to find a new referral. If we accept a case, we provide our utmost and zealous representation.
